Now, a little back-story on this one: I had to cut up a really bad "wanna-be" televangelist record I got at a thrift store, AND sacrifice an incredibly lame cassette tape from my teen years(we'll leave it at that), and I'm very happy with the end result. So the lesson is: sometimes you need to be free to destroy something to make a new creation.
Actually, I do eat carrots. I eat them with enthusiasm.
